> Bath-Brunswick Area:

Popham Beach State Park:
Phippsburg on Route 209

Reid State Park:
Down route 127 in Georgetown. Features Mile Beach and a six-acre saltwater lagoon.

> Damariscotta-Newcastle Area:

Damariscotta Lake State Park:
Damariscotta Lake State Park is located 30 minutes from Boothbay Harbor on Route 32. The park offers picnicking, a beach, swimming and boating.

Dodge Point State Park:
30 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, the park offers beaches, hiking trails on the River Road.

Pemaquid Beach Park:
Located off Route 130 in New Harbor. This park offers a white sand beach, food, showers, and a terrific view of John's Bay.

Pemaquid Lighthouse Park:
Located on Pemaquid Point at the end of Route 130. A great place to watch the crashing surf. Picnic tables, art gallery and a fishermen's museum.

> Camden:

Camden Hills State Park:
Covering 5000 acres, this park offers a paved road to Mount Battie's 900-foot summit, overlooking Camden Harbor and Penobscot Bay.
